Display and Build
The Asus Vivobook Go 14, as the name suggests, sports a 14″ screen. The display is an FHD panel of 1920 x 1080 resolution. It covers 45% of the NTSC color gamut and can hit a peak brightness of 250 nits. Other than that, the laptop has thin bezels and weighs only 1.3 kilos. Despite being a budget notebook, this device is military-graded at the US MIL-STD 810H standard.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, Asus Vivobook Go 2023 E1404FA packs AMD’s Ryzen 7000 series processor. The AMD Ryzen 3 7320U chipset inside can hit a maximum clock speed of 4.1 GHz. By virtue of being an ultrabook, Vivobook Go lacks a dedicated GPU so you’ll have to settle with AMD Radeon graphics.
As for memory, you get 8GB of fast LPDDR4 RAM but it is not upgradable. While the storage is handled by a 512GB M.2 SSD in the Asus VivoBook Go 2023.
Battery and Connectivity
In the tank, Vivobook Go 14 has a 42Wh 3-cell Lithium Ion battery. You can recharge it using the 45W adapter provided in the box.
For wireless connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 technology. Similarly, in terms of port selection, you get 2 USB A ports, a single USB Type-C port, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a 3.5 mm jack.
